About this event

The Twin Cities Business Growth Conference (TCBG) was created in 2019 to provide a venue for business owners and leaders to learn from and strategize with industry leaders and one another. Each year, its partners compile a list of the biggest issues and opportunities companies they work with are facing and use that to develop a program to address these head-on.

We are pleased to welcome our keynote speaker, John Warrilow, founder of The Value Builder System, at this year’s executive-only event. John also has more than 20 years of research experience into the small and medium business market. We are confident John will provide some great insights for all attendees.

Following John’s presentation, TCBG partners will be lacing up their shoes and running feet first into how businesses can lean into and/or shift their focus towards playing offense in these uncertain times. During this afternoon session, speakers will cover the importance of hiring for your future workforce, flipping the sales field to attract new opportunities, evolving your tech strategy to support constant changes and updates, and exploring secondary growth engines to ensure the success of your long-term goals.
